Designed and launched flagship leadership initiatives, including the Colin Powell Leadership Institute and the Madam Ambassador Program, training mid-career professionals and young women for leadership in diplomacy, governance, and global service.
Convened cross-sector dialogues and partnerships across universities, think tanks, philanthropic institutions, corporations, and government agencies to advance cooperation, trust-building, and institutional innovation.
